Career

Gianni Carraro, who has a diploma in accounting, began his professional career working as a clerk in condominium administration offices and accounting and labour law consulting firms until he joined one of the most prominent and highly qualified consultancies in Padua as a trainee.
Through this experience, he enrolled in 1999 in the Order of Labour Consultants of Padua at No. 669.
He then opened his own professional consulting company: Studio di Consulenza del Lavoro Carraro Gianni, which was later transformed into Carraro & Partners STP a r.l.(Partnership)
Since 2008 he has been a member of the Provincial Council of the Association of Labour Consultants of Padua, a body that follows the relationships between the category and the various public authorities, at provincial, regional and national level.

Over the years he has acquired professionalism and expertise in Labour Law, Trade Union Law, and Social Security Law.
In the field of labour consulting, Gianni Carraro focuses, in particular, on employers’ fulfilments towards their employees, the Social Security and Welfare Institutions and the Trade Unions.

Payroll Management:

  • Attendance-keeping through the use of computer systems (possibility of generating the file using software for recording attendance installed in the company or through a web procedure made available free of charge by the Consultancy);
  • LUL (Single Employment Register) processing, preparation of telematic F24 forms, files for bank transfers, digital filing, accounting schedules with the possibility of creating files to be imported into the accounting procedure used by the customer, customised printouts for various reports (monthly costs, absenteeism, severance pay, accruals, statistical data);
  • Preparation and sending of social security and welfare statements, supplementary pension funds, bilateral bodies, periodic tax returns.

Personnel Administration:

  • Analysis of company classification, reference workers’ contract, workers' classification, evaluation of contributory or fiscal benefits, drafting of employment contracts with application of the various contractual clauses (non-competition agreement, stability agreement, management of productivity bonuses), management of relations with the competent authorities;
  • Analysis of the company's situation: optimisation of personnel costs, preparation of the budget, interventions aimed at reducing labour costs;
  • Preparation of Company Regulations, second-level supplementary contracts, individual agreements;
  • Assistance to the client within the framework of trade union relations and towards inspection bodies;
  • Assistance in mobility procedures, individual dismissals, ordinary and extraordinary redundancy pay, solidarity contracts.

Management of domestic helpers and carers:

  • Paperwork regarding the establishment of relationships, management of obligations (wages and contributions), assistance in the termination of employment relationships.

Employment disputes:

  • Assistance to the client at the competent offices in the management of disputes with workers (disciplinary proceedings, dismissals, conciliation agreements);

Training:

  • Personalised training courses for personnel or human resources department managers, also using e-learning methods.
