Filippo Fornasiero

Career

Filippo Fornasiero is a Knight of Merit of the Italian Republic. He graduated in Law with a thesis on Local stock exchanges, and enrolled in the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Padua, as well as in the Register of Auditors.
A professional civil mediator, since 1988 he has been a member of the administrative body of various companies specialising in tax, fiscal, corporate, labour law and real estate consulting and in the activity of trustee. From 2006 to 2009 he was Chairman of the Promotional Committee for the establishment of the Banca di Credito Cooperativo Città di Padova and of the newly formed Banca di Credito Cooperativo Città di Padova, and from 2009 to 2013 he was Director of the newly formed B.C.C. Città di Padova.
Since 2013, Dr. Filippo Fornasiero has been a member of the corporate and business study committees at the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Padua and, in 2014, he became the Italian Representative for the Italian Industry and Commerce Office in the U.A.E. to contribute to the development of trade relations between Italy and the United Arab Emirates.

Teaching

Since 2015, Dr. Fornasiero has been a lecturer in funded training and a speaker in advanced meetings on fiscal, tax, corporate, asset protection matters, as well as trusts, Law no. 112/2016 “Sul dopo di noi“, generational transitions. He also collaborates with national and international multi-family office structures.

Specialisations, positions and memberships

Of all the specialisations acquired over the years the following stand out: assistance in ordinary and extraordinary corporate transactions (M & A, Buy/Sell Mandates), management analysis and control, corporate restructuring and reorganisation, business planning and strategies, management of family assets, family agreements, trusts, assistance in tax litigation, international taxation. Mr Filippo Fornasiero is also:
  • Ambassador for the destination Monaco;
  • Probiviro of the Club Amitiè Sans Frontiéres of Venice;
  • Member of the Lions Club of Piove di Sacco (PD) District 108 Ta3;
  • Supporting member of the Association of Friends of the University of Padua;
  • Member of Il Cenacolo
  • Member of New Labor

From 2008 to 2013 he was promoter and organiser of the Classica Città di Padova, international women’s cycling race cat. Elite 1.1.

He also holds many positions in voluntary and service associations, as well as organisations that hold charity events for the benefit of the community and to raise funds for scientific research.
